Dogotel is fully licensed by HKSAR government for animal
boarding (License #00701) and our standards surpasses all
required strict regulations. Dogotel also is an active
member of the American Boarding Kennels Association which
governs the code of ethics by which we run our
establishment.
Our guest rooms are designed with expert advice on animal psychology and emphasizes on reducing feel of confinement for our guest whilst trying to
reduce their stress of leaving home during their stay at Dogotel. We currently offer two types of rooms,
they have the same floor-area and the differences are uni-level and dual-levels.
Choices of rooms are subject to vacancy condition and availability.
Scheduled playtime and playgroups are
complimentary to all our boarding guests. Each session of
playtime is approximately 30 minutes and each of our guests
will have the opportunity to participate in at least four
sessions in our number of spacious playgrounds daily. Guests
participating in playgroups have to meet our
safety-for-others requirements as well as owner's consent.
Our quality attending staff, stringent dog record
keeping/monitoring system ensures dogs are well taken care
of and dog owners special instruction are followed.
